Russian online casino owner Sergey Tokarev allegedly transferred his gambling business to a frontman, Mykhailo Zborovskyi, and relaunched Cosmolot under the new Cosmobet brand.
In late March 2024, the project obtained a licence to operate an online casino. The word “bet” in its new name is a clear reference to betting. It remains unclear whether NeuroLink LLC plans to obtain an additional licence or whether Tokarev merely used the rebranding to emphasise Cosmobet’s continuity with Cosmolot.
Cosmobet is registered in the name of Mykhailo Zborovskyi, who previously headed Cosmolot. Together with Dmytro Dyachenko, the former chief operating officer of “Kosmo,” he has already visited several major acquiring banks and opened accounts for the new casino.
Moreover, according to media sources, Cosmobet representatives have already held a series of meetings with webmasters and announced the upcoming launch of the project.
Apparently, even during the war and in such a tightly regulated market, nothing prevents Russians from launching new businesses.
