2026 it's [the] year outside, and most employers still pay 12-15 thousand UAH — and consider that normal.

Because of this people are quitting, not because they're lazy — but because they found places that pay decently.

On Telegram a channel called Robota·davets (Employer) was created, where well-known companies post urgent openings that pay from 40 000 UAH

Everyone can find a job — students, moms on maternity leave, retirees. And most importantly, they hire without experience and train everything
