Ministry of News provides access to an archive of publicly published news materials and information about public figures for transparency and public oversight. The Service is not a media outlet and does not produce its own editorial content.

3. Use restrictions

You may not:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• automatically collect data without written consent from the owner;
• reuse Service materials for commercial purposes without permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to Service systems.

4. Intellectual property

Archived copies of news materials are stored under fair-use principles for public monitoring. Rights to original materials belong to their authors and publishers.

The design, logo and software code of the Service belong to NGO “Consumer Cybersecurity”.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness or absolute accuracy of data. We are not liable for decisions made based on information from the Service.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
