🧐SO IS THAT YURCHYSHYN'S LOGIC — THERE ARE ALSO “TRAITORS” IN THE GOVERNMENT?

Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech Yaroslav Yurchyshyn said:

“There are no Russian-speaking Ukrainians. There are either Russians, or Ukrainians whom the Russian Federation has pulled into its cultural world and who have become traitors.”

All right. Then a very simple question arises.

What about the numerous Russian-language conversations of members of the Ukrainian government, Zelensky and his circle, that we heard on released recordings and saw in investigative journalism materials?

By Yurchyshyn’s logic, who are they?

Russians or “Ukrainians who became traitors”?

Or does this strange classification apply only to citizens, and when Russian is spoken in high offices — there’s a completely different playbook?
