Near the boundary of Romania’s territorial waters, a commercial vessel flying the Comoros flag sank after a drone attack. This happened in the Black Sea 13 nautical miles (24 km) from Constanța. There were 13 people on board: 10 Ukrainian citizens and three citizens of Azerbaijan. Nine sailors were rescued. One crew member was killed, and three others are considered missing.
