‼️ A vessel named Khoryv sank off the coast of Romania: a Ukrainian seaman killed, four hospitalized

As a result of the sinking of the Khoryv near the Romanian city of Constanța, a citizen of Ukraine was killed, and four other Ukrainians, including the ship's captain, were hospitalized.

This was reported to journalists by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

According to the foreign ministry, on board the ship, which was en route from a Turkish port under the flag of the Cayman Islands, were 14 crew members.

According to preliminary information, the cause of the sinking may have been a drone strike.

"The Embassy of Ukraine in Romania received information from the Romanian side about one deceased seaman - a citizen of Ukraine. Two other crew members - citizens of Ukraine do not require medical assistance. Four citizens of Ukraine, including the ship's captain, were taken to the hospital," the press service said.
