⚡️ "We drove the enemy out, consolidating our hold on new positions": Zelensky reported on an important operation in the Kupyansk direction
An important operation of ours in the Kupyansk direction. Mykhailo Drapatyi, Ihor Obolienskyi, and Pavlo Palisa reported on the initial results and conduct of Operation “Veles,” carried out by the 2-th Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Chartiya.” More than a hundred Russian occupiers have already been destroyed, and more than thirty taken prisoner. Advancement underground — over 15 kilometers.
The Russians had already tried to use underground gas utilities to advance through our positions and move into assault actions. Ukrainian warriors successfully transformed this tactic, modernized it, and made it significantly more deliberate and technological. We protect the lives of our people, inflict losses on the occupier, and achieve the set objectives in the Kupyansk direction. Glory to Ukraine!
