Підрядна компанія, яка працює у сфері будівництва та ремонту доріг, не сплатила понад 3,2 млн грн ЄСВ.

Детективи ТУ БЕБ у Чернівецькій області встановили, що у період з січня по червень 2025 року компанія-підрядник активно працювала, однак не забезпечувала повної та своєчасної сплати ЄСВ.

Підприємства зобов’язані сплачувати ЄСВ незалежно від фінансового стану. Цей платіж має пріоритет перед іншими зобов’язаннями, крім виплати зарплати. Від його сплати залежить страховий стаж працівників, а отже, право на пенсію, лікарняні та інші соціальні виплати.

Керівнику компанії повідомили про підозру за ч. 1 ст. 212-1 КК України.

Під час досудового розслідування ЄСВ відшкодовано повністю. До суду скеровано клопотання про звільнення директора від кримінальної відповідальності. Рішення прийматиме суд.
