As of 17:30 Ukraine and Russia are adhering to the agreements on a ceasefire in areas related to the humanitarian mission in Oleshky, Ombudsman Lubinets reported. In Kyiv, construction of combined crossings across the Dnipro and their access roads is planned, Mayor Klitschko reported after a meeting of the capital’s Defense Council. According to him, the city must allocate one billion hryvnias to the project. The locations for the crossings will be determined by the military command and will be approved, among others, by the KMVA. Kyiv also plans to strengthen the protection of bridges and install mobile shelters.

The Rada adopted as a basis the draft resolution on budgetary conclusions. This is the first stage of adopting the state budget for the 2027 year in the first reading.
