💰Понад 13,7 млн грн екологічного податку повернуто громаді: БЕБ завершило розслідування на Київщині

🚯Комунальне підприємство у сфері роботи з відходами відшкодувало до держбюджету понад 13,7 млн грн несплачених податків. Повернення коштів забезпечили детективи ТУ БЕБ у Київській області, які викрили схему ухилення від сплати екологічного податку.

📝Підприємство занижувало платежі під час захоронення сміття на міському полігоні. Звалище розташоване поруч із містом, тому закон вимагає сплачувати податок за потрійним тарифом. Посадовці цю вимогу ігнорували й звітували за мінімальними ставками, залишаючи мільйони в тіні. Схему викрили аналітики БЕБ, а експертиза підтвердила збитки.

👩🏻‍💻Керівнику підприємства повідомлено про підозру. Наразі всі 13,7 млн грн уже перераховано до бюджету, а справу скеровано до суду з клопотанням про звільнення від відповідальності через повну сплату боргу.
