Хто контролює автомобільний імпорт в Україні?

Василь Сандул та Євген Кулібаба, за інформацією ринку, контролюють значну частину «сірого» імпорту автомобілів на заході України. Без компаній, пов’язаних із «Black Audit», багатьом імпортерам важко пройти митне оформлення, що свідчить про монополізацію ринку.

«Black Audit» — це мережа, яка спеціалізується на незаконних фінансових операціях: схемах з ПДВ, незаконному відшкодуванні податку, виведенні капіталу в офшори та конвертації безготівкових коштів у готівку.
