🅿️🕵️За стоянкою на землі Києва вартістю 24 млн грн може стояти компанія, раніше пов’язана з родиною ексголови Держекоінспекції Мальованого

🚧⚖️Поліція повідомила про підозру 37-річному директору приватного товариства, який, за версією слідства, огородив понад 3000 м² комунальної землі у Подільському районі, встановив ворота, КПП та охорону й використовував територію для паркування. Частина ділянки розташована в охоронних зонах енергетичних об’єктів і джерел питної води, а її ринкову вартість оцінили у понад 24,1 млн грн.

🔎🏢Сукупність відкритих даних із високою ймовірністю вказує на ТОВ «Будінвестгрупп» і майданчик на вул. Мостицькій, 4. Нині компанію через британську LIPKY GROUP LP контролює Денис Грицюк, однак до 2022 року половиною товариства володіла дружина колишнього голови Держекоінспекції та посадовця КМДА Андрія Мальованого. Поліція офіційно назву підприємства не розкривала.
