Що ж мається на увазі? З мешканців збирають гроші за обслуговування зливової системи (бо сама держава не справляється з витратами) – там дощова вода зливається не в землю, а якраз в міську каналізацію. Тому в рік з кожного виходить близько €150-200.

Схожі системи існують: у Нідерландах, Німеччини, Данії, США та деяких містах Франції й Бельгії.
