- State guarantees of treatment, rehabilitation, prosthetics, and nutrition for all defenders of Ukraine, including foreigners and stateless persons who serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, and the State Special Transport Service, as well as for police officers.
- Full provision of the best prostheses at state expense, the right to independently choose a specialist and manufacturer, compensation for self-purchase, and a system focus on limb preservation — prevention of amputations, reconstructive surgery, and early rehabilitation.
