In Vinnytsia, social networks are actively discussing the tragic death of a 37-year-old serviceman, whose body, according to users’ reports, was found in the morning in the courtyard of an apartment building on Kosmonavtiv Prospect.

Several posts claim that the man allegedly took his own life and that he left a suicide note beforehand. Information is also being spread on social media that unrequited love may have been the possible cause of the tragedy. At the same time, as of the time of publication there is no official confirmation of these circumstances from law enforcement agencies.

Against the backdrop of this tragedy, Vinnytsia psychologist, combatant and clinical psychologist of the regional hospital Serhiy Chumak addressed servicemen and civilians with an important appeal.

“If someone is being overwhelmed, no matter what the trigger is, call or write. If you see someone being overwhelmed — recommend a psychologist. I work with servicemen, those discharged, and their family members. I will find a way to work pro bono. Life is more valuable. Live it,” he wrote.
