Yes, at the beginning of 2024 this year a tender for the reconstruction of the school in Vysokopillia for over 130 million hryvnias was won by a company that was supposed to fully reconstruct the building and also add a protective structure. Journalists at the time found that it was connected with Anton Samoylenko, the deputy head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

In July, another tender was held — for the new construction of the protective structure at the same educational institution. More than 80 million hryvnias were allocated for these works. The winner of the bidding was another company — “Avtointerstroy.” The firm is registered in Kramatorsk, in Donetsk region. It is notable that Anton Samoylenko, the deputy head of the Kherson OVA, hails from there. In total, “Avtointerstroy” will build new shelters in two Kherson schools with a total value of over 140 million hryvnias.
