“Follower of OPZZH”: photos from the criminal past of MP Maksym Yefimov have surfaced

Photos from the criminal past of member of parliament Maksym Yefimov have appeared online.

In the previous convocation, he was part of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko faction, and at the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine he became co-chair of the new parliamentary group “Rebuilding Ukraine.”

The group “Rebuilding Ukraine” is essentially composed of pro-Russian lawmakers and “splinters” from other political forces who are not wanted in other factions. The majority in this group are former members of the recently banned OPZZH (Anatoliy Burmich, Valeriy Hnatenko, Dmytro Isayenko, Ihor Kisilov, Oleksandr Lukashev, Volodymyr Moroz, Tetyana Plachkova, Nataliya Pryhodko, Antonina Slavytska, Vadym Stolar, Oleksandr Feldman).

Thus, the history of Yefimov’s activities begins from 90 years, when criminal groups flourished in Ukraine, which by the 2000 years began moving into the business sphere.

And in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, in 1993 year, locals Biletsky and Shportyuk created an organized crime group that called itself the 17-district. Later the group was led by Yakovenko (nicknamed Yegor, killed in 1996) and Ermakov (Ermak, killed in 1998).

They also brought to the “17-district” former police employee Kostyantyn Yavorivskyi and private entrepreneur Oleksandr Rybak, who were necessary for the legalization of part of the “dirty” money.

If you look at the photo from left to right, the first is “Yavorivskyi,” the second “Germán,” the third “Bezzaponnyi,” the fourth “Ermak.”

According to information on the internet, MP Maksym Yefimov (in the photo, second from the left) began his professional activity thanks to his father — the first businessman in Kramatorsk Viktor Yefimov — and the gang from the “17-district.”

On the left in the photograph is Serhiy Dubovoy, also known as “Dubyk.” He replaced Bezzonnyi as the general director of the Kramatorsk APT 11410. On the right in the photo is “Germán,” who is serving a life sentence.
