Former OPZZh deputy Suto Mamoyan set up a “shadow office” in a Kyiv restaurant and met there with Kaskiv and Arakhamia

Little known for his professional activity, People’s Deputy from the former OPZZh ("Platform for Life and Peace") Suto Mamoyan holds meetings with current and former politicians at the Kyiv restaurant "Yishak."

At the same time he was present at the venue, among others, were spotted former head of the Kyiv City State Administration and current Kyiv City Council deputy Oleksandr Popov, Dmitry Vatsner — a figure in a criminal case about the embezzlement of 50 million hryvnias from coal-mining enterprises, and also Andriy Kravets — the so-called housekeeper of former president Viktor Yanukovych.

In addition, he met with the head of the "Servant of the People" faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia. This is reported in an investigation by Ukrainska Pravda.

According to the journalists, Arakhamia confirmed to them that he met with Suto Mamoyan.

"According to Ukrainska Pravda’s sources in business circles, at 'Yishak' People’s Deputy Mamoyan uses several rooms. One is for negotiations, another for playing cards and socializing," the journalists assert.

Suto Mamoyan’s other brother, Serhiy Mamoyan, a Kyiv City Council deputy from OPZZh, was also seen at the meetings. Serhiy Korotkykh, one of the former leaders of the National Corps party, also entered the establishment.

"On one occasion we managed to record a visit to 'Yishak' by former head of Derzhinvestproekt Vladyslav Kaskiv, who in 2020 was elected a deputy of the Zakarpattia Regional Council, also from OPZZh," the journalists noted.

After Yanukovych’s flight, Kaskiv was declared wanted and was extradited from Panama to Ukraine.

The journalists also noted that during several days of observing 'Yishak' the police searched the film crew several times.

Mamoyan has been the focus of journalists several times. For example, when he declared Land Cruisers that he allegedly bought for 20 000 hryvnias because "they had been crashed," and also apartments that "his mother gifted him."

A second time — when Mamoyan bought a Rolls‑Royce worth 400 000 euros.

"And although some acquisitions happened to Mamoyan before his election to the Verkhovna Rada, he and his colleagues do not seem overly embarrassed about spending on security and a luxurious lifestyle," the journalists believe.
