The wife of a Monobank co-owner, established by the minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Dmytro Dubilet, Oleh Horokhovskyi, who works as a notary, conducted registration of an illegal document.

This was reported on Facebook by journalist Svitlana Kryukova, who shared a photo as verification.

Interestingly, the day before, Justice Minister Denys Malysia (Malushka) announced that he would devote all holidays to the fight against "black" registrars and notaries. According to Kryukova, he does not have to go far to find such violators.

"The point is that one of these "black" notaries turned out to be the wife of one of Monobank's co-owners, who is a partner of the digitized minister Dubilet – Oleh Horokhovskyi. Almost my doppelgänger T.V. Kryuchkova," the journalist wrote.

The woman certified the minutes of the shareholders' meeting of JSC Central Department Store in Dnipro, which, according to Kryukova, never took place.

"And then, for some reason, they decided to carry out the execution of the forged minutes in the Piatyhatska District State Administration of Dnipropetrovsk region. Dear minister, call Dubilet and have him bring the partner and his wife to order," summed up the journalist.
