Tsaryov bankrupted another company that owes Russians 26 million

The Commercial Court of the Dnipropetrovsk region declared PJSC “Dniprobuminvest” bankrupt. This is shown by the court ruling dated 19 February of this year.

Proceedings to declare the enterprise bankrupt were initiated in October 2013 by a petition from the subsidiary “Dnipropetrovsk Bread Factory No. 2”, which is claiming 494 thousand UAH from “Dniprobuminvest.”

PJSC “Dniprobuminvest” owes the Russian bank “VTB” 26,38 million UAH.

The liquidator of “Dniprobuminvest” was appointed as insolvency practitioner Yevhen Shevtsov, who is also the liquidator of the “Dnipropetrovsk Computer Center.”

According to SMIDA, the director of PJSC “Dniprobuminvest” is Nina Bashta, who, as of 2008, was a co-founder of the “Dnipropetrovsk Computer Center” together with MP from the Party of Regions Oleg Tsaryov.

The owner of PJSC “Dniprobuminvest” is listed as the company “Stonemax Limited” (United Kingdom). Previously the enterprise’s founders included the wife of the “regional” Larisa Tsaryova, as well as LLC “Dnipropetrovsk Computer Center.”

Recall that companies in Tsaryov’s orbit owed the Russian bank “VTB” more than 100 million UAH. Some of them are trying to escape through bankruptcy. In particular, LLC “TD “Marinel,” LLC “Dnipropetrovsk Computer Center,” and LLC “Manufacturing Enterprise “Papir” have already been declared bankrupt. All of these companies are being liquidated at the suits of their related firms.
