The Norwegian Ministry of Defence said that on Wednesday, 28 January, a Russian nuclear bomber with a full payload was detected in the sky along the coast.

This was reported in his blog by the coordinator of the civic movement "Common Cause" Oleksandr Danilyuk, with news provided by "Press Ukraine." "According to the Norwegian Ministry of Defence, one of the Russian Tu-95 bombers that flew along its coast last Wednesday carried a nuclear weapon on board," he noted.

As a reminder, it was previously reported that Alexander Yakovenko, who is the ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United Kingdom, stated that the presence of Russian bombers over the English Channel is a routine air patrol and nothing unusual about it. The ambassador said that Russian aircraft conducted a “routine air patrol” over the sea, and such a flight complies with all international and legal norms.
