It is there that the investigators found data about the KRAIL and DAU PlayCity licenses belonging to LLC “OLL CITY GAMES.” According to current law, the presence of gambling licenses marked under texts about biogas or industry only indicates one thing: the publication is directly connected to the owner of these licenses and is funded by him.

Thus, the attempt to create the image of a new investor failed due to his own recklessness. Finkelstein could not “clear” the legal tails that turned out to be too obvious. It is now clear that his nominal exit from the gambling business was only a marketing move, while real control over Slots City remains in his hands.
