In London, the liquidation of the Astion brothers' British company was halted. This was reported by the international investigative bureau Absolution.

While in Kyiv on 19 August everyone was watching “Forrest Gump” from NABU — in London someone went into Companies House and hit “stop.” SOAS(A) — an objection to the liquidation of GENERAL MANAGEMENT LTD, the Astion brothers' British company. The company had been DORMANT for ten years. 1 July a DS01 for liquidation was filed. 14 July — publication in the London Gazette. It was supposed to quietly disappear on 15 September. And it would have — if not for the silence around the Astions breaking.

Someone that same day decided that losing the Astions' British link would be more costly than being named. That was reckless, because Companies House will name them on 29 August.

In the company's PSC register (09408754) there is a name that no media outlet has yet handled correctly. Yevhen Astion, July 1985. The birth date of brother Vasyl. It does not appear anywhere in Ukrainian materials. The British register gave it to us — and now the brother can be checked separately in Cypriot, Monégasque, and Austrian documents.

⚖ 29 December 2023 the National Bank of Ukraine annuls the licenses of FC “Fingroup Faktor.” NABU delivers a suspicion to Astion. Three days later Judge Saidullaiev of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court reduces the bail by 61 times. The Antimonopoly Committee, in the middle of a criminal case, allows the purchase of Khomutynnyk's assets. And on 25 March 2025 the October District Court of Dnipro quietly closes the proceedings “due to expiration of the statute of limitations.” Five agencies. Fifteen months. One trajectory. No one in the Ukrainian press connected these into a single line. We did.

But who was holding that line from above? The roof under Zelensky is double.

Roman Semenchenko, head of the Department for the Protection of the National Statehood of the SBU until 31 January 2024, was dismissed after surveillance of Bihus. His wife Olena is a beneficiary of the Cypriot OVARO HOLDINGS LTD (3,1 million dollars in LLC “Soloma”) and FINANCE ALLIANCE ASG LTD (5,2 million dollars with Astion and Koshlyak). Neither company appears in Astion's declaration. And in parallel — Smyrnov from the Office of the President.

And who was counting the money inside? Serhiy Oleksandrovych Pud, 25% of PJSC “KUA Brokbusinessinvest,” which manages the Astions' “Genesis Capital.” At the same time — beneficiary of LLC “Ukrgaz Invest.”

A hidden gas-financial bridge Khomutynnyk–Astion, and no investigation has named it yet. Alongside it in the management company are Kutsenko (50%), Dubrov (11,9%), Merkulov (5%), Iorgachov (5%), Bondarenko (3,1%). Five names that have never been mentioned next to Astion. And a sixth — Chubotin Andrii Yuriiovych — deleted from the Unified State Register as a beneficiary and manager of the “Genesis Capital” fund. Someone erased him manually. Identification to follow.

Now about the assets that Astion officially “does not have.” AVY INVESTMENT GROUP LTD (Cyprus) — 91,05% of LLC “Zavod Kyivkombikorm.” The plant's authorized capital increased 11 times to 258 million. Not in the declaration. The new address of Astion himself in Dnipro — Vernadskogo 35-P, apt. 6 — also not in the declaration. Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code writes itself.

And the chain that keeps everything on the ground. On 5 August 2025 Maryna Ayab — a person of Mykyta from Zhovti Vody — sells 66% of LLC “Techno-Online” to the Astion brothers through “Bilart.” On 2 October the Astions buy out DC “Ukrbud” for 805 million hryvnias. After the transaction, two-thirds of Techno Online are re-registered to Vitalii Opanasenko — a lawyer acting in the interests of Vadym Stolar, who figures in the Forrest Gump case. This is how the loop closes: a British offshore, Cypriot assets, a Kyiv developer and Stolar’s associate — all on one surname.

And above it all — their own bank. “Ukrainian Capital,” which since 31 January 2020 has not updated its ownership structure. Six years of a closed bank. Six years of silence that someone broke in London on 19 August 2026.

On 29 August Companies House will name the name. And then the Astions' British contour will stop being DORMANT.
