Former deputy head of the Oleksandrivskyi TCC Kolesnik arranged Jaguar for his 21-year-old daughter

The deputy head of the Oleksandrivskyi TCC in Kirovohrad Oblast, Hennadiy Kolesnik, drives a Jaguar registered to his 21-year-old daughter, and a Kia that volunteers handed over, but none of these cars appear in his declaration.

Hennadiy Kolesnik declared only an old VAZ and a light trailer. However, since 2025 year he has used a Jaguar XF (2012), registered to his daughter Valeriia, who just turned 21. The market price of such a car is about 500 thousand hryvnias.

When journalists asked the official how his daughter could have accumulated funds for such a car, he refused to answer by phone. Instead his wife, Tetiana – chief accountant of the Oleksandrivskyi firm “Kvadro Agro” and owner of a sole proprietor for consulting services (total income for the past year – over 1,8 million UAH) – consistently offered several versions of the car’s origin. At first she called it a gift, then claimed that the daughter saved the money herself.

Tetiana Kolesnik confirmed that her husband uses the car, and added a new version: that he could have saved up for the car over 60 years. A minute later the explanation changed again – it turned out the car was purchased by the whole family. Separately, journalists asked about the Audi Q5 (2014), which Tetiana bought last year for 50 thousand hryvnias – roughly ten times cheaper than the market price.

While preparing the material, it became known that Hennadiy Kolesnik is leaving his post as deputy head of the Oleksandrivskyi TCC.

Interestingly, at the interdepartmental commission meeting chaired by deputy Goncharenko, the liar from the TCC already voiced the version that his daughter is a model and bought it with her own funds.
