Office Against Raidings seized by thugs of criminal authority Volodymyr Mikulenko

Today more than three dozen young men in sportswear occupied the Office Against Raidings during a collegial review of the case concerning the seizure by the gang of Volodymyr Mikulenko (nicknamed Pots) 50 hectares of land in Kyiv region.

The young men behaved arrogantly and ignored the security guards’ remarks. They could not explain to journalists why they were inside the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine building.

The matter is that LLC BMC “Building” had owned land plots outside Kyiv for more than ten years.

At the end of October 2020, the owners of BMC learned that the former director Mikulenko had embezzled assets, namely that he had unauthorizedly sold twenty land plots of the company.

“We could not imagine that in modern Ukraine someone could steal 50 hectares of land from a construction company in just a couple of days!” one representative of the aggrieved party commented.

Volodymyr Mikulenko forged the minutes of the owners’ meeting, by which he changed the charter and authorized himself to buy and sell anything on behalf of the company. Then, without the permission of the actual owners and investors, he sold the land to the newly formed LLC “Prozrinnya.”

The owners of LLC “Prozrinnya” turned out to be two unemployed men: Shtanko Ihor Oleksiyovych and Rakhlynskyi Volodymyr Eduardovych. They did not attend the Office Against Raidings collegial meeting.

The owners of BMC appealed to law enforcement regarding the embezzlement of the company’s property. A criminal case has already been opened and investigative actions are underway.

Meanwhile, outraged employees of BMC “Building” took to a protest demanding punishment of Mikulenko’s criminal gang and the return of their jobs.
