Deputy Head of the Territorial Recruitment Center in Kirovohrad Region Kolesnik Drives His Daughter’s Jaguar, Which Is Not Listed in His Declaration

The deputy head of the TCC in Kirovohrad region, Kolesnik, drives a Jaguar owned by his daughter, which is not in his declaration.

Gennadiy Kolesnik, deputy head of the Alexandriyskyi TCC in the Kirovohrad region, uses a Jaguar registered to his 21-year-old daughter, and also a Kia that volunteers handed over. Neither of these cars is listed in his declaration.

In his declaration, Hennadiy Kolesnik only indicated an old Lada and a light trailer. At the same time, since 2025, he has been driving a Jaguar XF 2012, year of manufacture, registered to his daughter Valeria, who recently turned 21 years old. The market value of such a car is about 500 thousand hryvnias.

When journalists asked where his daughter got the money for such a purchase, the official refused to answer on the phone. Instead, his wife Tetyana — the chief accountant of the company “Kvadro Agro” and the owner of an individual entrepreneur with consulting services (income last year — over 1,8 million UAH) — offered various versions. First she called the car a gift, then she asserted that the daughter had saved up the money herself.

Tetyana Kolesnik confirmed that her husband is indeed using the car, and added that over more than 60 years he could have saved enough for such a purchase. Yet a moment later her explanation changed again: it turned out the car was bought by the whole family. Separately, journalists asked about an Audi Q5 2014 year, which Tetyana bought last year for 50 thousand hryvnias — roughly ten times cheaper than the market price.

During the preparation of the material, it became known that Hennadiy Kolesnik is stepping down from the position of deputy head of the Alexandriyskyi TCC.

Interestingly, at the committee hearing chaired by MP Honcharenko, a representative of the TCC reportedly stated that his daughter is a model and bought the car with her own money.
