The suspect in an Odessa pretrial detention center “gathering” is the criminal leader “Lavasogly of Batumi” and 5 figures from his circle

For the "gathering" in the Odessa detention center, a bandit in law "Lavassogli Batumskogo" and 5 authorities from his entourage were suspected.

23 February 2023, law enforcement carried out a large-scale special operation to neutralize crime figures in the Odesa region, detaining two so-called "watchers", and in total charging six respectable people under the provisions of the "anti-robbery law", among whom stands out the person 41-year-old Georgian citizen Mindia Goradze, known as the so-called "bandit in a law" under the nickname "Lavassogli Batumskiy".

This was reported synchronously the day before by the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police and the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office.

From the released information, it follows that a group of respectable figures is charged with taking part in the so-called "gathering" that took place 4 August 2022, where a number of current issues were discussed, including the appointment of a so-called "supervisor" over the city of Chornomorsk.

The investigators consider criminal general Goradze to be one of the organizers (as previously reported on the pages of Detective-Info, at the beginning of February 2023, the Lavassogli Batumskogo was tightly detained in the capital of Albania) and the so-called "watcher" for the Odessa Detention Center—Romani Kahidze, nicknamed "Roma Batumskiy", who was sentenced to life imprisonment.

In addition to this duo, on video frames published on the Facebook page of the head of the National Police's Department of Strategic Investigations Andriy Rubiel, Detektiv-Info's sources recognized the person of the so-called "watcher" for the city of Chornomorsk, Ruslan Stadnik, nicknamed "Podushka", regarding whom additional criminal exploits were previously reported on our publication's pages.
