"I Believe in Victory": Gvozdyk Picked the Favorite in the Beryntchyk–Nox Fight

Ukrainian lightweight boxer (up to 61,2 kilograms) Denis Berinchik is preparing to return to the professional ring with a bout against British Sam Noakes.

Former world champion in the light heavyweight division up to 79,38 kilograms Oleksandr Gvozdyk believes that for Berinchik the London bout is a decent opportunity to return to a high level. He said this to the sport-express.ua portal.

Why Berinchik could win, in Gvozdyk's opinion

The well-known Ukrainian boxer believes that Berinchik is ready for the fight.

"I expect an interesting fight. I understand that bookmakers do not consider Denis the favorite. I am aware of the situation ahead of the match. However, it seems to me, although it is hard to call Denis a 'dark horse', he will show great boxing. I have seen his training and preparation in Ukraine. I think we will see him in excellent shape," said Gvozdyk.

Oleksandr also added that this bout stylistically suits Denis.

Precisely in terms of style, because the opponent is a dangerous puncher, Denis, I believe, can perform very successfully against him. That is, it suits him. I believe in Denis's victory. That is my prediction,

It is worth adding that the main bout of the evening at the London arena O2 Arena will be the fight Moses Itauma – Filip Hrgović for the IBF heavyweight title (over 90,72 kilograms).

The Ukrainian's bout will begin 29 August, approximately at 23.00 Kyiv time. In Ukraine it will be shown by the media service MEGOGO.
