"Ukrposhta" has already installed over 500 internal parcel terminals to eliminate queues: what the plans are

Ukrposhta has already installed 506 internal parcel machines in 21 region of Ukraine. They allow receiving parcels without waiting in line for an operator. To do this, you need to receive an SMS code, enter it on the panel, and open the required locker.

Where the most parcel lockers are located

Internal parcel machines are located directly in post offices and operate according to their hours. Shipments are identified by the system already during sorting. After the parcel arrives, it is immediately placed into lockers.

The most parcel machines were installed in:

Kyiv region — 157;

Lviv region — 49;

Dnipropetrovsk region — 37;

Poltava region — 27;

Kharkiv region — 26;

Vinnytsia region — 22.

Standard counter service in branches remains available for customers who need additional services.

Network continues to expand

In the near future, they plan to install another 62 internal parcel machines. Of them, 30 are expected to appear in Dnipropetrovsk region and 24 in Odesa region. In September, another 33 parcel machines are planned to be installed in Lviv and Kharkiv regions.

"We have already accelerated the path of shipments between cities thanks to 100% automation of sorting. Now we are working on the final stage — its receipt," said Ihor Smilyanskyi, CEO of JSC "Ukrposhta."

According to him, during September the company plans to complete the deployment of more than 600 internal parcel machines.

Separately, the company is developing autonomous parcel machines outside branches. They are being installed, for example, in residential complexes. By the end of the year the company plans to increase the number of such parcel machines to 1000. Representatives of housing cooperatives and associations can submit applications for their installation.

Earlier it was reported that "Ukrposhta" is starting production and installation of the first thousand new outdoor parcel machines.
