Director of the KMDA Ecology Department Pavlo Ivanov bought a BMW 320i for 2 million hryvnias.

28 July Ivanov registered a BMW 320i (2026) with LLC “AVT Bavaria Kyiv.” In the declaration, the car’s value at the date of ownership transfer is listed as 1,98 million UAH.

On the same day, in the expenditure section there were two entries: sale/purchase of movable property — 999 thousand UAH and loan for movable property — 1,09 million UAH. The total amount — 2,09 million UAH. The difference from the car price is about 109 thousand UAH — this is a typical dealer package that includes insurance, registration, and additional equipment.
