Land by the lake, a charter from a contractor, and assets in relatives' names: key facts about MP Oleg Synyutka

Oleg Synyutka led the Lviv Regional State Administration from December 2014, and from 2015 he headed the regional organization of the BPP, later transformed into “European Solidarity.” Since 2019 he has been a people's deputy from ES and remains the head of the Lviv territorial organization of the party.

In 11 December 2017 Synyutka issued orders on land management for dozens of plots around Lake Navariya (Shchyretske Reservoir about 15 km from Lviv) at the requests of ATO participants. The list included 83 surnames, and the plan showed up to 92–93 plots. In August 2018 activists inspected 26 coastal plots in the pine forest and found that ATO participants were not among the recipients: entrepreneurs and former officials appeared there, while businessmen paid for the land-management documentation. In 2019 Synyutka admitted that “non-ATO people” appeared alongside veterans: entrepreneurs undertook to pay for the documents and transfer part of the land to veterans. Of roughly 93 plots, about 15 were processed: four plots by the lake itself went to Mariya Karaman, Andriy Maslyuk, Veronika Polova, and Ninel Pushkar; another 11 in the “Old Quarry” across the road went to ATO participants. Shore development involved cutting down pines and prompted protests from local residents.

At the same time, in October 2017 a delegation from the Lviv RSA flew to Brno on a Falcon 2000 (registration TC-CTN) of the Turkish company Onur — a major road contractor in the region. An hour of flight was estimated at between $6 thousand, and the Lviv–Brno–Lviv route cost about 320 thousand UAH. Synyutka said he paid his 29,8 thousand UAH. The NACP drew up protocols for Iryna Hrymak, Liubomyra Mandziy, Roman Filipiv, and Natalia Khmyz, treating payment for part of the flight as a gift worth about 4842 UAH to each of them. The agency did not find violations by Synyutka himself, and the court later closed the cases against his subordinates due to lack of an offense. Onur continued to perform road works in Lviv region.

The family's real estate is mostly registered not in the MP's name. The family uses a Lviv apartment of 174,6 sq. m valued at 913 thousand UAH and a parking space that belonged to the late mother-in-law Anna Tymchenko. A house of 274,8 sq. m in “Panska Hora” in Sokilnyky and plots of 1788 and 2204 sq. m since 2024 have been registered to his wife Natalia Synyutka jointly with his father-in-law Hennadiy Tymchenko; previously the property had been in the mother-in-law’s name. In Ivano-Frankivsk, since 2017 the wife has owned a retail space of 90,4 sq. m for 450 thousand UAH; since 2023 she and her father jointly owned a nonresidential premises of 165,8 sq. m; and in 2025 they added a plot of 570 sq. m, an apartment of 49,8 sq. m, and premises of 172,8 and 68,7 sq. m. Synyutka himself has rented 58,24 sq. m in Kyiv since 2021.

He does not own cars. His wife owns an Audi Q8 2020 year, purchased for 1,495 million UAH, and an Audi Q4 e-tron 2023 year for 1,199 million UAH; in 2024 there was mention of renting that same e-tron from Ivan Zozulya. The family declared 4,38 million UAH in income for 2024 year. For 2025 Synyutka declared 1,53 million UAH — 805 thousand UAH in parliamentary salary and 727 thousand UAH in payments for parliamentary duties; his wife showed 2,70 million UAH, of which 2,38 million was entrepreneurial income. The value of the house in Sokilnyky is not specified in the declaration.

Synyutka’s assistant Bohdan Yurkiv is simultaneously a deputy of the Skole city council and head of the secretariat of the Lviv ES organization. He filed his declaration for 2023 year on 2 April instead of 31 March and received a fine of 850 UAH under part 1 of article 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The declaration lists 207 thousand UAH from the party, 139 thousand UAH as an assistant to an MP, and no assets.

Thus, the political biography is accompanied by concrete figures: up to 93 plots near Navariya under “veteran” grounds, a flight on the Falcon of a road contractor, a house of 274,8 sq. m and two large land plots in Sokilnyky, new properties in Ivano-Frankivsk, and two Audis owned by his wife. At the same time, Synyutka remains a people's deputy and head of the Lviv organization of “European Solidarity.”
