The Museum of Books and Printing of Ukraine bought a scanner for digitizing incunabula for 1,2 million hryvnias

For digitizing incunabula and rare editions, the Museum of Books and Printing of Ukraine purchased a planetary scanner for almost 1,2 million hryvnias. The equipment is to be delivered by the end of autumn.

As KV learned from an公告 in the electronic procurement system Prozorro, 1 September 2026 of the year the Museum of Books and Printing of Ukraine signed a contract with LLC “OLL-IT” (*) for the supply of a planetary book scanner. The contract price is 1,19 million hryvnias.

According to the agreement, the contractor must deliver a professional-grade scanner for digitizing incunabula, rare and valuable editions (Metis EDS Gamma) within three months. Delivery address is Lavrska Street, 9 (building 9) in the Pecherskyi district of the capital.

According to data from the analytical system YouControl, LLC «OLL-IT» was registered in 2018 year in Kyiv. Main activity type – non-specialized wholesale trade. Owners of the company are Svitlana Ishchenko (65%) and Serhiy Chumak (35%, manager).

According to Clarity Project data, as a result of participation in public procurements LLC «OLL-IT» signed 854 contracts for over 81 million hryvnias. The largest customer of the firm is the Territorial Administration of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Kyiv region.
