Another category of men can now apply for a deferral online in "Reserve+"

Teachers and other pedagogical workers of general secondary education institutions can now apply for deferral online in Reserv+ (Reserv+). This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defense emphasizes that there is no longer a need to collect documents and apply to the administrative service center (TsNAP) — the request can be submitted directly in the application.

It is stated that the deferral is issued based on data in state systems, without additional documents.

The Ministry of Defense notes that to confirm the right to deferral, the system automatically checks information in the Automated Information Complex of Educational Management (AIKOM) and the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).

To apply for a deferral, the following conditions must be met:

the education institution is listed in AIKOM as the primary place of work;

the teaching load is at least 0,75 full-time equivalent;

the position belongs to the category of pedagogical workers of general secondary education institutions;

the employer's EDRPOU code in AIKOM matches the EDRPOU code of the primary place of work in PFU data.

It is noted that it is important that information about the place of work, position, and workload in these systems is up to date.

To submit a deferral request, you need to:

open Reserv+ and click Services → Request for deferral;

select the category "Teachers and other pedagogical workers of general secondary education institutions";

check your data;

confirm the data and submit the request.

In the Ministry of Defense, it is added that certificates or other documents do not need to be uploaded, as the necessary data will be checked automatically by the system.

After the check is completed, a notification will be sent in the application, and if the deferral is issued, information about it will appear in the electronic military registration document in Reserv+.

The Ministry of Defense also explains step by step what to do if it was not possible to obtain a deferral in Reserv+, in particular. It concerns checking the data by which the system determines the right to deferral.

As reported by UNIAN, according to government decisions, the academic year in Ukrainian schools will run from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027. Each academic year independently determines the format of learning and the length of lessons, taking into account the regional situation. Most schools in frontline communities will study online, but institutions with large bomb shelters may admit students in person.

In September Reserv+ launched automatic deferral processing for teachers who work at least 0,75 full-time equivalent.

After the service launch, data will be checked through state registries, so there is no need to contact the TCC (territorial recruitment and social protection center) or bring paper certificates.
