Її історія, однак, виходить за межі звичайного майнового бізнесу. У 2018 році "Присадибне" фігурувало у кримінальному провадженні за статтею про протиправне заволодіння майном підприємства. У межах справи на два об’єкти компанії накладали арешт.

Крім того пані Олена є власницею або співвласницею ТОВ "Ріелті Сістем", ТОВ "Перспектива-Ріелті", ТОВ "Перспектива Проперті", ТОВ "Лорен Буд", ТОВ "Видавництво "А Бебі" та ТОВ "АТЛ Девелопмент". Показовим є тут ТОВ "Видавництво "А Бебі", де Олена Атаманюк володіє половиною частки. Друга половина належить Тетяні Боярській — тій самій особі, яка керує "Транзит-23" та "Анрірент" у бізнес-контурі Юрія Атаманюка.

На саму "А Бебі" записано три об’єкти нерухомості у Києві. Такий корпоративний перетин важливий для розуміння того, як між різними юридичними особами групи розподілені активи та управлінські функції. У результаті компанії, пов’язані з Оленою Атаманюк, формують ще один значний пласт родинного майнового контуру. Щонайменше 20 об’єктів нерухомості та кілька земельних ділянок зосереджені у компаніях, де вона є або була власницею, учасницею чи бенефіціаркою. А перетин із Тетяною Боярською, яка одночасно присутня в інших структурах групи, дозволяє побачити вже не окремі компанії, а взаємопов’язану систему юридичних осіб.

Ще один пласт майнового контуру родини зосереджений на Анатолії Атаманюку — батькові Юрія Атаманюка. Компанія ТОВ "Народний універмаг" працює у сфері оренди нерухомості та має у власності два київські об’єкти.

Серед історичних партнерів компанії фігурує Анатолій Коваленко, який був членом Кваліфікаційно-дисциплінарної комісії прокурорів.

Анатолію Атаманюку також належить 99,9% ТОВ "Рівер Хауз", пов’язаного з бізнес-групою Royal House родини Ганжі. Ця група працює у столичному девелопменті та реалізувала низку житлових проєктів, зокрема "Нова Англія", "Британський квартал" і Park Royal. На "Рівер Хауз" оформлено об’єкт нерухомості у Київській області та земельну ділянку.

Наприкінці 2025 року Анатолій Атаманюк став одноосібним учасником нової компанії — ТОВ "Арсенальна груп", зареєстрованої у сфері оренди нерухомості. Компанія вже має один об’єкт у Києві.

Найбільше за кількістю активів серед цих структур — ТОВ "Позняки Груп", яким Анатолій Атаманюк володіє на 100%. На компанію оформлено шість об’єктів нерухомості у Києві, один в Івано-Франківській області та земельну ділянку. У 2020 році компанія отримувала погодження на будівництво торговельного комплексу з об’єктами харчування у Дарницькому районі Києва.

Окремий рівень у цій конструкції становить ТОВ "АНТ Інвест", де зареєстроване ще у 2011 році.

При цьому її майновий портфель значно масштабніший на вигляд за частку самого Атаманюка: на "АНТ Інвест" оформлено 12 об’єктів нерухомості у Києві та земельну ділянку.

Структура власності компанії також демонструє, що бізнес-контур не обмежується родинними компаніями. Серед учасників — АТ "ЗНВ КІФ "ЗУРІ", кінцевим бенефіціаром якого є Анатолій Атаманюк, а також кіпрська компанія Pralior Holdings Limited, бенефіціаром якої зазначений Руслан Ворніку. У 2020 році "АНТ Інвест" отримувало погодження на будівництво торговельно-офісного комплексу біля депо станції метро "Лісова". Ще важливішою ланкою є саме АТ "ЗНВ КІФ "ЗУРІ". Це закритий недиверсифікований венчурний корпоративний інвестиційний фонд, єдиним учасником якого зазначений Анатолій Атаманюк. Фонд створений у 2020 році, однак уже має власний майновий портфель: об’єкт нерухомості у Києві, нерухомість у Вінниці та Київській області, а також три земельні ділянки.

Таким чином, роль Анатолія Атаманюка у цій системі виходить за межі прямого володіння окремими ТОВ. Через "ЗУРІ" він присутній у корпоративній структурі інших компаній, зокрема "АНТ Інвест", яка сама володіє значним пакетом нерухомості. Це створює багаторівневу модель володіння, де активи розподілені між безпосередньо належними Атаманюку підприємствами, інвестиційним фондом та компаніями зі змішаною структурою власності.

Родинне майно: нерухомість, подаровані квартири та преміальні автомобілі

Окремо від корпоративних активів родини варто подивитися на майно, оформлене безпосередньо на Юрія, Олену та Анатолія Атаманюків. І тут картина також демонструє значний обсяг нерухомості — від квартир і приватних будинків до земельних ділянок та комерційних приміщень. У власності Юрія Атаманюка перебуває земельна ділянка площею 0,3032 га у селі Романків Обухівського району Київської області, разом із будинком. Ще одна земельна ділянка площею 0,1004 га на у Києві належить спільно Юрію, його дружині Олені та батькові Анатолію Атаманюкам. Крім того, Юрій володіє земельною ділянкою площею 0,0996 га разом із будинком у Вінниці — місті, де він народився та розпочинав освіту.

У Києві на Юрія Атаманюка також оформлені трикімнатна квартира площею 104 кв. м та нежитлові приміщення площею 72,2 кв. м на вулиці Шовковичній. Обидва об’єкти набуті у 2012 році у порядку спадкування. Ще один об’єкт — домоволодіння у селі Вишеньки Бориспільського району — також зазначений як успадкований у 2012 році.

Найпомітніше поповнення особистого майна Юрія Атаманюка відбулося вже у 2026 році. 2 січня на нього оформлено Toyota Land Cruiser 2025 року випуску.

Ще більший майновий обсяг припадає на Олену Атаманюк. На неї оформлені дві квартири в одному будинку на бульварі Тараса Шевченка у Києві. Перша має площу 126,6 кв. м, друга — 252,5 кв. м. Разом це 379,1 кв. м житлової нерухомості в одному столичному будинку. Обидві квартири набуті Оленою Атаманюк 28 вересня 2022 року за договорами дарування. При цьому квартира площею 252,5 кв. м має шість житлових кімнат. За цією ж адресою, за наведеними даними, зареєстровані члени родини. Крім київських квартир, Олена Атаманюк володіє будинком із земельною ділянкою площею 0,1027 га у Крюківщині Київської області. Також у неї є спільна з Юрієм та Анатолієм Атаманюками земельна ділянка на Академіка Вільямса, два гаражі у Києві, п’ять об’єктів нерухомості у Вінницькій області та ще один київський об’єкт, адреси яких у відкритих даних приховані.

Того самого 2 січня, коли Юрій Атаманюк отримав Toyota Land Cruiser 2025 року, на Олену Атаманюк оформлено Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600 2022 року випуску.

Орієнтовна вартість такого автомобіля на ринку вживаних авто, залежно від комплектації та стану, становить близько 140–223 тисяч доларів.
