"My personal strategy as a negotiator is to identify all the people who enter Putin's office and talk to all of them. Because, as in any war, there are people for peace and people for war. Unfortunately, at present Putin is surrounded only by people of war," he said.
"The more people around Putin who are inclined toward peace, the greater the chances that we will achieve a justified peace that we all strive for," added Arakhamia.
