The SBU Special Operations Center "A" has shown the highest results among units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine for half a year straight. In August alone, the special forces neutralized nearly 6000 Russian servicemembers.

How many enemy targets did "Alpha" destroy in half a year?

In August, the special forces not only eliminated 6 thousand invaders, but also struck:

9142 UAVs and various types of guided rocket systems;

2977 units of automotive equipment;

2791 an antenna and a communications node;

1183 fortification structures;

756 UAV crews;

222 ammunition and property depots;

48 artillery systems and self-propelled guns;

46 units of armored vehicles, of which 13 were tanks and 33 were combat armored personnel carriers;

26 radar/electronic warfare systems;

23 multiple launch rocket systems;

20 units of watercraft;

17 air defense assets;

4 units of aviation equipment.

According to British intelligence estimates, about 500 thousand Russian servicemembers have been killed since the start of the full-scale invasion.

Total losses of the Russian army, including the wounded, amount to roughly 1,5 million people.

Chief of the British Defence Staff Richard Naughton called such losses senseless. He said most of them were incurred by Russia after January 2023, but during that time it occupied only about 2% of Ukraine's territory.
