Russians attacked civilian cars in Kramatorsk with drones: four killed

In Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, 12 on September, Russian occupiers attacked civilian cars in the city center three times. As a result of the attacks, four people were killed and three more were injured.

This was reported by the Kramatorsk City Council.

According to local authorities, the first Russian drone hit a moving car: a 46-year-old man was killed at the scene, a 43-year-old woman was injured.

Later, at 12:15 Russian drone attacked parked cars near a store. A man 1941 years old was killed, a 41-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman were injured.

As a result of another strike at 12:30 on a civilian vehicle, a 47-year-old woman was killed and a 52-year-old man was injured.

The city council stressed that during the attacks, Russian forces targeted civilian vehicles, which were not military targets.

“These are ordinary civilian cars. People were driving about their business,” the Kramatorsk City Council noted.

Despite ongoing shelling, Kramatorsk remains one of the largest populated areas in Donetsk region under Ukrainian control. The city is an important hub for the defense of northern Donetsk region, which is why the Russian command views the capture of Kramatorsk and Sloviansk as one of the key objectives in this direction. // ZN.UA
