NACP is checking the lifestyle of Vadym Bosyi, head of Kyiv Commercial Court, after a Bihus.Info report

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention has begun monitoring the lifestyle of the head of the Kyiv Commercial Court, Vadym Bosyi. This followed the release of an investigation that the judge uses property not listed in his declaration.

NACPP informed about the start of the monitoring in response to a request from lawyers of the project “Tysny” (Bihus.Info).

As a reminder, recently journalists from Bihus.Info reported that Vadym Bosyi lives in a private house in Lisnyky village near Kyiv. The current market value of similar non-renovated properties is 350 thousand dollars. The property is registered to Bosyi’s daughter Iryna, who officially bought the land in 2024 year and registered a house on it in 2026 year. However, according to satellite images, the house already stood there at the time the land was purchased. This may be a typical scheme advantageous to the developer, who pays fewer taxes, and to the buyer, who has no official income to buy the house.

In addition to the house, a apartment for the judge’s daughter in Pechersk is registered for more than 100 square meters. It was gifted by the grandmother—the judge Bosyi’s mother—journalists also did not find corresponding official income.

Another apartment in Pechersk, in the JackHouse residential complex, is registered for Bosyi’s wife. She invested in the complex at the construction stage in 2017 year, without having official commensurate income. Judge Bosyi, according to journalists’ observations, moves in a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado premium configuration 2025 in recent years, bought last year and registered to his mother, whose income situation is similar.

After the release of the story, the lawyers of “Tysny” (Bihus.Info) filed a report with NACPP about possible non-compliance of Vadym Bosyi’s lifestyle with the assets he and his family possess. Subsequently, NACPP began monitoring the official’s lifestyle.
