Memorandum with UDO: Dnipro-based businessman Mykhailo Koshliak signed a document with the head of the Security Service of the President Maksym Donts

Controversial businessman from Dnipro, Mykhailo Koshliak, decided to institutionalize his relations with the President's security. A relative and business partner of the Astiions family, Koshliak, who heads the Ukrainian Judo Federation, signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the State Security Administration.

The document was signed by Mykhailo Koshliak with the first deputy head of the State Security Administration of Ukraine — the head of the President's Security Service, Brigadier General Maksym Donts.

For many years, Mykhailo Koshliak was close to Hennadiy Korban. In the autumn 2015 of the year, during a large-scale special operation, law enforcement officers detained Korban and Koshliak (at that time an aide to Borys Filatov) on suspicion of murdering a Security Service officer. In 2020 of the year, Koshliak became a deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council from OPZZh.

Koshliak is the father-in-law of Mykola Astion, who in 90-… was at the beginning of 2000-led the Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv UBPOs, and is also the father-in-law of Vasyl Astion, a figure in the NABU cases “Forrest Gump” and “Justice.”
