Dnipro-Arena Stadium Put Up for Sale Again — This Time for 141 Million UAH

Trades are planned for 6 October 2026 of the year.

PrivatBank has again put up the Dnipro Arena stadium and the former FC Dnipro training base for sale.

This is indicated by information on the Rozorro site. Sales.

“The objects were acquired by the bank to repay debt on loans issued before PrivatBank’s nationalization and are not used in its main banking activities,” the statement reads.

The starting price is 140,7 million UAH – 6% less than at the previous auction last year. Trades are planned for 6 October 2026 of the year.

The stadium previously belonged to businessman Ihor Kolomoyskyi. PrivatBank became its owner because the stadium was collateral for loans taken by the bank’s former owners. After nationalization in 2016, the property passed into the ownership of state PrivatBank.

Dnipro Arena was built for Euro-2012, but the city did not obtain the right to host matches due to failure to meet infrastructure requirements (airport, hotels). At the same time, it hosted matches of the national team of Ukraine and European club matches of FC Dnipro. The training base is located in the forest park area of the Prydniprovskyi residential district (Samarskyi district of Dnipro); it was renovated in 2010. The base has four standard training football fields with grass cover.

In 2022 year PrivatBank had already put the stadium and training base up for sale. Then the starting price of the lot was over 113 million UAH, but the trades did not take place.

30 October 2025 year, the repeated auction for the sale of the Dnipro Arena stadium was canceled due to lack of bids.
