Brovarska community received a generator from the Polish town of Gniezno

The Polish town of Gniezno handed a generator to the Brovarska community for one of the educational institutions. The equipment will power the educational building, the gym, and the radiation-protective shelter.

KV learned about this from a statement by Brovary mayor Ihor Sapozhko.

“Our brothers from the town of Gniezno (Republic of Poland) handed over a generator for one of the educational institutions of the Brovarska community,” the message says.

According to Sapozhko, the generator will help the educational institution continue its work during power outages.

“This generator provides not only the learning process. This generator will power the entire educational facility, the gym, and also the radiation-protective shelter,” the mayor noted.

Sapozhko also thanked the representatives of Gniezno for supporting the Brovarska community and emphasized that the sister city systematically helps the community.

“This is a quite important support and help for our community. Therefore I am grateful to our friends for their constant care, systematic support, and for always being nearby,” Sapozhko concluded.

As a reminder, works on thermomodernization of educational institutions are ongoing in the Brovarska community within ESCO contracts. Of the 11 contracts signed for educational institutions, active works are currently underway in four: kindergartens “Kalyna”, “Kapitoshka”, “Divosvit” and Lyceum No. 3.
