“Diia” temporarily suspended work on three services due to technical upgrade of MVS systems

Ukrainians temporarily cannot change or register place of residence and update data in the Territorial Community Register. The restrictions will be in place until 24 September due to planned technical upgrades of the Ministry of Internal Affairs systems.

This is stated in the Diia portal notice.

Which services are temporarily unavailable

Due to technical work, services are suspended both online and offline. They are unavailable in the app and on the Diia portal, as well as in CTCAs and registration authorities.

Until 24 September inclusive they do not operate:

These are services used to register a new address, remove the previous place of residence, or update information in the community register.

The pause is due to planned technical upgrades of MVS systems. In “Diia” they noted that after the work is completed, the services should return to normal operation.

When the services will be restored

The technical works will last until 24 September inclusive. From 25 September online and offline services should again operate normally.

In Diia they advise taking this period into account for those who need to perform operations related to place of residence, and not to delay applying until the last day before completion of works or immediately after it.

Earlier it was reported that three new categories appeared on the Diia portal in the international Register of Losses, which legal entities can use.
