American actress Hayden Panettiere, whom Ukrainian audiences knew especially warmly as the former fiancée of our renowned boxer Volodymyr Klitschko, has died at the age of 36 years. After prolonged examinations, forensic experts officially determined the cause of death of the Hollywood star and classified the tragedy as an accident.

Results of the autopsy and official cause of death

The tragedy occurred on 16 August 2026 of the year, but the results of the detailed forensic medical examination were released only recently. As reported by law enforcement, investigators found no signs of violent death on the actress's body.

However, toxicological analysis showed a tragic picture. The official cause of death was the toxic effects of several substances taken simultaneously, among which experts found:

Fentanyl — a powerful synthetic opioid.

4-ANPP (a substance associated with opioid synthesis).

Alprazolam (a tranquilizer).

Methocarbamol (a muscle relaxant).

Quetiapine (an antipsychotic).

Due to the combination of these medications and opioids, the actress's body could not withstand it. Based on the investigation results, law enforcement officially recognized the death as accidental.
