AOZ presented the Maps of Independence with 54 weapons from DOT-Chain Defence

The maps depict, in particular, drones, loitering munitions, and electronic warfare systems

The Defense Procurement Agency DOT presented “Maps of Independence” — a deck of playing cards with 54 Ukrainian-made weapons that the military selects and orders through the DOT-Chain Defence online marketplace for arms and military equipment. AOZ told LB.ua about this.

The cards show some of the most popular items currently used on the battlefield — strike and FPV drones, interceptors, reconnaissance complexes, ground robotic systems, and electronic warfare systems.

“Maps of Independence” can be purchased by donation at the “Iron Shop.” Funds raised through UNITED24 are directed to purchasing drones for the Defense Forces.

DOT-Chain Defence is a digital weapons marketplace where the military can choose the tool, model, and manufacturer needed for a specific combat mission and order it with a few clicks using government funds.

In the first year, more than 1,2 million items were delivered to the military through DOT-Chain Defence. Since launch, the system has scaled from serving 12 combat units to 500 units. Currently the online store offers more than 1200 items from 300 manufacturers. The average delivery time for in-stock items is 9 days.

In early September, an interactive installation was placed in Kyiv to mark the anniversary of the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace.

“Now this experience is available not only to the military. In the interactive installation, visitors can independently choose a system, ‘place’ its order, view video of it in operation, and see some of the drones that the military orders through DOT-Chain Defence,” the online market team said.
