In Obolonskyi district of Kyiv, daytime UAV attack destroyed 16 garages, one injured

During the day on 24 September, as a result of an attack by Russian UAVs in the Obolonskyi district, a fire broke out on the territory of a garage cooperative. At least 16 garages were destroyed; preliminary reports indicate one injured person who was hospitalized.

This, as KV reports, is stated in a message from the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

According to rescuers, during the day on 24 September another Russian attack caused a fire in garage boxes and cars in the Obolonskyi district. Firefighters extinguished the fire over a total area of 300 sq. m.

As a result of the shelling, at least 16 garage boxes were destroyed. Information about casualties is being clarified. It is known that one injured person, who was hospitalized before the rescuers arrived, has been reported.

Recall that on the night of 24 September the Russians attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles and strike UAVs. 2 people were killed, at least 8 were injured. At the maternity hospital in the Podilskyi district, near which missile fragments fell, windows and part of the building facade were damaged; a person died in the parking lot near the medical facility. In Priorka the Sviato-Pokrovskyi church was damaged, built 120 years ago.
