Budanov Already Sees What Will Force Moscow to Stop the War, – Warthog Defense

It is precisely the combination of these factors, according to Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Budanov, that could ultimately force the Kremlin to give up continuing the war.

The authors of the well-known YouTube channel Warthog Defense focus on these theses of the head of the Office of the President, voiced in an interview with the French publication Le Monde. They examine three key factors capable of influencing Moscow’s further actions.

One of the main levers remains the situation on the battlefield. Budanov believes that Ukraine must continue to increase military pressure, while for Russia prolonged combat means ever greater resource expenditures.

At the same time, internal processes within the Russian Federation can play an important role. The authors of Warthog Defense emphasize that a protracted war increases the economic and political burden on the country. According to Budanov’s assessment, over time this could create a situation for the Kremlin in which the cost of continuing the invasion becomes too high.
