In inflated costs and understated taxes on 11,9 million, the heads of “Enko Enterprise” and “SHBU” Kolopenyuk and Krokhmaly were exposed

According to the investigation, officials of LLC “ENKO ENTERPRISE” and the related LLC “SHBU” in 2020–2023 years inflated the company’s costs by conducting non-commodity transactions with a number of controlled companies.

The amount of inflated costs was about 66,25 million UAH, as a result of which profit tax was reduced by about 11,93 million UAH.

Among the counterparties with whom fictitious contracts were concluded are LLC “FLOT UA”, LLC “ODESPECMONTAZH”, LLC “ODESA-KRAZ-SERVIS”, LLC “KRAZ-SERVIS CORPORATION”, LLC “BETON OTGM”, LLC “CHORNOMORTRANSBUD” and others.

Founders and ultimate beneficial owners (by 50%):

Kolopenyuk Yevheniiy Ivanovych — 50% (contribution to charter capital — 27 179 800 UAH)

Krokhmol Ihor Vasylovych — 50% (contribution to charter capital — 27 179 800 UAH)

Both owners are also connected with other companies in the group, including LLC “SHBU” / “Odessa Road-Building Administration,” where Kolopenyuk Yevheniiy Ivanovych is the main beneficiary with a share of more than 92%.
