The Cabinet of Ministers made new personnel changes

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has carried out new personnel reshuffles in ministries and central executive authorities. This is reported by Glavcom, citing the permanent representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.

According to the approved decisions, Sergey Korshuk was dismissed from the position of first deputy head of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine.

At the same time, the government approved new appointments in the agencies. Maksym Stoliarchuk was appointed Deputy Minister for Affairs of Communities, Territories and Internal Displaced Persons of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization (CDTO), and Liubov Veretu was appointed Deputy Head of the State Service for Children of Ukraine.

As is known, the new Minister of Justice Denys Maslov, who before the appointment was a People's Deputy from Servant of the People and headed the parliamentary committee on legal policy, formed a team of four staff advisers.

One of Maslov’s advisers became Timur Longinenko, with whom the minister had long worked in the Verkhovna Rada. Longinenko was his staff adviser since September 2020 year. Before working in the parliament, Maslov and Longinenko also worked together at the Dnipro-based company Avin Trade.

Incidentally, 25 in September the government appointed Yuriy Konyushenko as First Deputy Head of the State Tax Service and temporarily assigned him the duties of head of the State Tax Service.

“Before the new acting head there are concrete tasks: ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the State Tax Service, meeting revenue plans for the state budget, improving and simplifying tax administration, improving interaction with business, and open dialogue with taxpayers,” emphasized Prime Minister Serhiy Koresky.
