The first factor is the ability of the business to scale and stay manageable. Here, Paval Chiklykchi primarily focuses on processes and the role of data.

"I’m interested in how the processes are built so that tenfold growth does not require tenfold chaos. I look at how decisions are supported by data and whether the business has a technological backbone with a margin of resilience."

The second factor is the ability to work with technologies. The basic toolkit is today available to almost everyone, so it matters how the business uses it.

"The real gap between companies is created by how a business uses technologies. The advantage goes to those who transform them into better management decisions."

The third and key component is the team. According to the entrepreneur, it is hardest for competitors to reproduce a culture where decisions are made quickly and responsibly, and people calmly navigate changes.

In Ukrainian conditions, as Pavel says, this matters particularly a lot:

"The business here faces changes daily that you cannot embed into any model. The ones that endure are those whose teams can quickly reorganize while keeping course."

In summary, the entrepreneur emphasizes the combination of technologies, people, and management culture.

"When evaluating a company, I look beyond its technological potential. I am equally interested in the people behind it, the internal management culture, and the team's readiness to adapt to change. This combination, in my view, will determine the leaders of the next decade."
