“Kyivstar” Knows Everything About Us. What About Fridman?

I read Censor.NET. They write that right in the middle of the war and our mental stand-off against the post-imperial order, such ambiguous figures as the Russian pro-Putin oligarch Fridman continue to influence Ukrainian markets.

In particular, information services. Through Kyivstar, which Fridman maintains influence over, despite sanctions by the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Because sanctions do not deprive someone of property. And given that Kyivstar currently controls apps like Uklon, Helsi, and Tabletki, one can speak of a whole ecosystem that has direct access to data on millions of Ukrainians. I would not want Fridman to know so much about our transport and about us in general.
